MarioFest UI Design

The MarioFest app UI design is inspired by the popular Super Mario Bros movie and game festival. Its purpose is to explore Mario gameplay, mechanics, features and characters. The project involves researching audiences, similar websites, themes, key strategies, and content structures to create comprehensive and engaging Mario-themed activities.

That includes using 2-3 standard iOS fonts to ensure aesthetic consistency and avoid unnecessary red backgrounds. Text font colors should complement the background, and while display font colors work for the main headline, they should also be considered for other text elements to keep the eye consistent

Functionality and design are key to the user experience. The app layout is clear and the functionality eliminates confusion. Adding a settings tab and changing the navigation, especially to return to the home page, increases usability and ensures that the app meets the user’s needs better.Attention to the surfaces adds to the beauty. Realism can be added by reducing excessive floor light and expanding the texture and depth of the floor. This flexibility helps create an engaging and life-like environment for users.

The design should be more sophisticated and clearly express its purpose, such as in keeping with the Mario theme. This ensures that the design resonates with and appeals to the intended audience, while remaining relevant and engaging.

High quality mockups improve overall presentation. These visuals should accurately convey the final product, demonstrate the capabilities of the design and ensure that it conforms to relevant standards, thereby creating a positive impression on users.

Improving reading and engagement is critical. Address issues with font size, font, and color to improve content readability. Simple or meaningless graphics can turn users off, so these features need to be adjusted. Making sure the text is readable and interesting keeps the audience engaged and informative.

Content accuracy includes drawing accurate paragraphs and maintaining consistent spacing between column widths. This organisation helps communicate information clearly and keeps it clean and professional, contributing to overall legibility and accuracy.
